Take a minute or two every hour
and turn all attention upon the depths of your mind. Then desire deeply and persistently
to arouse the strongest energies of the great within.
This is all that is necessary in the beginning.
After a few days of such practice
you will begin to feel yourself becoming stronger
in your feelings, in your thoughts and in your convictions,
and you will also begin to feel something within you
that is giving you more courage, more push, more perseverance
and a great deal more confidence in yourself.
Try for one whole day to feel exceedingly strong,
and perfectly serene in the within.
However active you may be with mind or body,
try to feel this interior peace and power combine in your system every moment.
But do not try hard.
Simply know what you want do; then know that you can.
The experiment will be extremely interesting,
and will mark a most important turning point in your life.
Watch yourself closely for one whole day,
with a view of ascertaining whether or not every element of your being
has continued to act in perfect harmony and balance.
Try to isolate the "I Am"
for a few moments every day from the rest of your organized being.
This practice will give you what may be termed
a perfect consciousness of your own individual "I Am,"
and as you gain that consciousness
you will always think of the supreme "I Am"
when you think of yourself.
